Esgard Heavy Duty Gear & Pinion Lube is a quality gear dressing designed for open gear system which requires lubrication with superior rust prevention. Esgard Heavy Duty Gear & Pinion Lube will not dry crack, crack or bleed with age and will not drop up to 325oF (163oC).

ESGARD SURFACE CONDITIONER
DESCRIPTION
A 100% environmentally safe water soluble solution for preparing surfaces prior to painting where it is not practical to abrasive blast. Esgard Surface Conditioner is recommended for cleaning surfaces contaminated with oil and grease as well as for removing surface chalk and softening paint films such as alkyds, epoxies, and urethanes prior to repainting. Esgard Surface Conditioner is also recommended for periodic maintenance cleaning.

ESGARD RUST CONVERTER
DESCRIPTION
Rust Converter is a liquid zinc phosphate solution that promotes corrosion inhibition and converts red rust (ferrous oxide) to the more stable black rust (ferric oxide).
Product advantages include:

Treated surfaces need not be washed or cleaned again prior to paint application.
2. No powdery residue.
3. No latex resins to interfere with adhesion of applied coatings.

DESCRIPTION
Stainless steel and plastic flange protectors that, when used with Esgard Flange Kote, effectively seals the annular between fastened flanges and protect the flange bolts from deterioration by rust and corrosion. Esgard Flange Bands were developed with the assistance of pipeline and oil industry personnel to fit correctly and function properly. This, in turn, reduces costly maintenance such as painting maintenance of flanges and flange bold replacement.
